Its mainly a childrens party, however like most parties there will also be lots of adults there so we wanted to create something for everyone.

But as well as the theme, we need scrummy things for the children re games and food, as we all know there is nothing worse than 20 bored children! haha. So here are some yummy ideas we have had :)

What do you think? Scrummy visions arent they! :) We have so many ideas its hard to know which ones to go with first! But the good thing about a garden party, is that it really does suit ALL budgets. You do not have to be rich to be able to create the most perfect look. All you need is imagination and a little creativity, and the perfect 'look' can be yours!
Here are some simple tips to help you create the perfect look for your day:
BUNTING!!! You can never have enough, tie it from trees, to buildings, from gazebos to sheds. It really will INSTANTLY create an air of fun and summer for your party!
FAIRY LIGHTS!!! They will look stunning once the evening draws near and helps to create such a pretty look.
LANTERNS/CANDLES!!! If you do not have outdoor fairy lights, don't panic! Lanterns and/or Candles (tealights) will create exactly the same feel for the evening. Just dont forget to buy a big bag of tealights so you never run out.
TABLE CLOTHS/LINEN!!! From fabulous Vintage floral to plain white linen, table cloths add that extra piece of elegance and grace that reallys sets your tables off perfectly!
FRESH FLOWERS!!! Even though its a Garden Party, fresh flowers on tables in beautiful vases will never be too much! From roses, to Lavender; the smell & vision will be beautiful. Again you do not need a huge budget to create this look, use cuttings from your own garden or keep it seasonal. For example; I think Daffodiles are so pretty... there is something very beautiful about its simple shape and colour and the best bit is - the price! Therefore you can even go crazy and buy lots if you would like and why not! :)
